Services

ROGC offers a wide variety of engineering and design services. TOil & Gas Calibrationshose services don’t stop at the office, but continue into the field for construction support, startup services and 24/7 callout troubleshooting for sites in operation. In addition to the services listed above and on other pages, we offer:

  • SIS Design Implementations and Test Procedures
    • Using analysis and recommendations performed by Process Safety Consulting Firms, ROGC will integrate the necessary changes into the existing site design.
    • OGC provides testing procedures for SIS specific instruments / loops.
  • 3D CAD Modeling
    • Our drafters make paper come to life by incorporating 3D modeling technology to combine all aspects of a site into one overall model.
    • By doing this, construction interferences can be caught prior to construction to reduce delays.  A 3D model also helps plan construction coordination between various trades.
    • 3D models used for construction bidding provide more accurate and competitive bids as well as minimizing change orders throughout the construction process.
    • Operators have the opportunity to see the finished product before its construction allowing them to make changes at a lower cost impact during the project’s design / engineering phase.
  • Site Calibrations
    • Regular calibrations are a critical element to ensuring safety shutdowns function properly.  PSM classified facilities require this as part of their SIS testing procedures.
    • Device calibrations can expose faulty transmitters that could cause the process to run less efficiently thus adding unnecessary operating costs.
    • ROGC performs site calibrations for:
      • Pressure Transmitters
      • Temperature Transmitters
      • Level Switches
      • Level Transmitters
      • Fusible Loop Testing
      • Digital Input and Output Devices
      • Gas Detectors
      • Fire Detectors
    • Customers are provided a detailed report from the data gathered which provides recommendations for actions to be taken. This can help plan maintenance activities as well as prevent failures that could shut down production.
