Machine Inspections – Richmond Engineering Works (REW) offers the following inspections for your bulk material handling machines:
Our inspections consist of a detailed visual examination of the structural, mechanical and / or electrical components of the machine. We pay particular attention to high stress areas and critical components, connections and welds. If warranted, additional NDE (non-destructive examination) such as dye penetrant, ultrasonic, mag particle and vibration testing can be performed as well as laser alignment surveys.
Every inspection includes a complete report with pictures and descriptions as well as recommendations for services and upgrades that will help to extend the life of your machine.
